[PATCH 2/8] iommu/iova: Implement Flush-Queue ring buffer

From: Joerg Roedel
Date: Fri Aug 11 2017 - 10:43:58 EST

From: Joerg Roedel <jroedel@xxxxxxx>

Add a function to add entries to the Flush-Queue ring
buffer. If the buffer is full, call the flush-callback and
free the entries.
