[PATCH V2]usb: dwc2: Clear GUSBCFG.UsbTrdTim before setting

The USBTRDTIM field needs to be cleared before setting a new value.
Otherwise it will result in an incorrect value if phyif == GUSBCFG_PHYIF8.
