[PATCH net-next 3/3] net: mvneta: Add naive RSS support

From: Gregory CLEMENT
Date: Wed Nov 25 2015 - 09:54:51 EST

This patch add the support for the RSS related ethtool

allows associating an mveneta interface to a given CPU.
