[PATCH 2/2] KVM: kvm_para_has_feature can be boolean

From: Yaowei Bai
Date: Fri Nov 13 2015 - 22:23:50 EST

This patch makes kvm_para_has_feature return bool due to this
particular function only using either one or zero as its return
value.

No functional change.
