[PATCH V3 linux-next] gfs2: convert simple_str to kstr

From: Fabian Frederick
Date: Tue May 05 2015 - 13:19:08 EST

-Remove obsolete simple_str functions.
-Return error code when kstr failed.
-This patch also calls functions corresponding to destination type.

Thanks to Alexey Dobriyan for suggesting improvements in
block_store() and wdack_store()

V3: -Compare kstr return values to 1 not -1 (suggested by Bob Peterson)
-Add {} parity (suggested by Bob Peterson)
V2: -Improve block_store() / wdack_store() (suggested by Alexey Dobriyan)
