target-devel mail list seems not working?

Hi,
seems target-devel mail list not working now, the latest mail is on 13th 
Mar, can not send a new mail to the mail list for days. I would send a 
iscsi analyze report to the list, maybe I can send it to your guys for 
some suggestion and comments~
