[PATCH 2/4] x86: entry_64.S: remove stub_iopl

From: Denys Vlasenko
Date: Tue Mar 10 2015 - 06:45:45 EST

stub_iopl is no longer needed: pt_regs->flags needs no fixing up
after previous change. Removing it.
