[PATCH 2/6] virtio/blk: verify device has config space

From: Michael S. Tsirkin
Date: Tue Jan 13 2015 - 09:43:30 EST

Some devices might not implement config space access
(e.g. remoteproc used not to - before 3.9).
virtio/blk needs config space access so make it
fail gracefully if not there.
