[PATCH 3/4] sched: change thread_group_cputime() to use for_each_thread()

From: Oleg Nesterov
Date: Wed Aug 13 2014 - 15:22:46 EST

Change thread_group_cputime() to use for_each_thread() instead of
buggy while_each_thread(). This also makes the pid_alive() check
unnecessary.
