This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 3.10.45 release.
There are 52 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one. If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

Responses should be made by Thu Jun 26 15:46:59 UTC 2014.
Anything received after that time might be too late.

Build results:
total: 144 pass: 136 skipped: 6 fail: 2
Failed builds:
score:defconfig
unicore32:defconfig

Qemu tests all passed.

Results are as expected. As mentioned before, score:defconfig is new in the list,
passes from 3.12, and the fixes are isolated, so it should be possible to backport
the necessary patches to 3.10 if desired. unicore32:defconfig passes with 3.16-rc2.
Again, it should be straightforward to backport the necessary patches to 3.10
if so desired.

Details are available at http://server.roeck-us.net:8010/builders.
