[PATCH] staging: ced1401: Fix dev_<level> messages

Add a missing newline to each message.
Standardize style to "%s: ...", __func__.

There are a _lot_ of function tracing style
uses of dev_dbg that could/should be deleted.

This patch doesn't attempt to delete them.
