[GIT PULL] fuse update for 3.13

Hi Linus,

Please pull the following:

  git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mszeredi/fuse.git for-linus

This adds a ->writepage() implementation to fuse, improving mmaped writeout and
paving the way for buffered writeback.  And there's a patch to add a fix minor
number for /dev/cuse, similarly to /dev/fuse.
