Subject: [PATCH 2/2] mtd: cmdlinepart: support master name is not set when parser partition

-Fix compile warning with value and function undeclared.

Randy Dunlap <rdunlap@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

-support master name is not set when parser partition.
this feature is supported in the old parser.
