[PATCH 1/4] i40e: Whitespace cleaning

From: Joe Perches
Date: Fri Aug 30 2013 - 19:06:35 EST

Mostly done via:
$ checkpatch --strict --fix -f drivers/net/ethernet/intel/i40e/*.[ch]

Removed externs from .h function prototypes
Aligned multiline statements to open parenthesis
Removed some blank lines before and after braces
Added a set of braces
Used sizeof(*foo)
Moved logical continuations from start to end of line
