[PATCH V5 03/12] perf tools: add pid to struct thread

From: Adrian Hunter
Date: Thu Jul 11 2013 - 09:08:02 EST

Record pid on struct thread. The member is named 'pid_'
to avoid confusion with the 'tid' member which was previously
named 'pid'.
