[PATCH 1/8] perf,x86: disable PEBS-LL in intel_pmu_pebs_disable()

Make sure intel_pmu_pebs_disable() and intel_pmu_pebs_enable()
are symmetrical w.r.t. PEBS-LL and precise store.
