Grrr, that docs do not mention which kernel-configs have to be set!

CONFIG_USB_DEBUG=y is not enough.

# modprobe -v usbmon
FATAL: Module usbmon not found.

# CONFIG_USB_MON is not set <--- Grrr!!!
