[PATCH v3 11/24] tty: Convert termios_mutex to termios_rwsem

From: Peter Hurley
Date: Mon Apr 15 2013 - 11:32:43 EST

termios is commonly accessed unsafely (especially by N_TTY)
because the existing mutex forces exclusive access.
Convert existing usage.
