[RESEND PATCH part1 2/9] acpi: Print hotplug info in SRAT.

From: Tang Chen
Date: Thu Mar 21 2013 - 05:22:06 EST

The Hot Pluggable field in SRAT points out if the memory could be
hotplugged while the system is running. It is useful to print out
this info when parsing SRAT.
