[PATCH] drivers: ptp: Use memdup_user function

[Alexandru Gheorghiu]

Used memdup_user function instead of kmalloc followed by copy_from_user.
Also, handled return error using IS_ERR and PTR_ERR.
Patch found using coccinelle.
