[PATCH 05/15] drivers/dma/dw_dmac: add missing GENERIC_HARDIRQS dependency

Synopsys DesignWare AHB DMA drivers calls devm_request_irq() and
therefore depends on GENERIC_HARDIRQS.
Add the missing dependency.
