linux-next: build warnings after merge of the akpm tree

After merging the akpm tree, today's linux-next build (powerpc
ppc64_defconfig) produced these warnings:

Probably introduced by commit "include/linux/kfifo.h: replace open-coded
type check code with typecheck()".
