[PATCH 089/193] drivers/net/ethernet/seeq: remove CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL

From: Kees Cook
Date: Tue Oct 23 2012 - 17:04:25 EST

almost always enabled by default. As agreed during the Linux kernel
summit, remove it.
