[PATCH 116/193] drivers/ptp: remove CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL

From: Kees Cook
Date: Tue Oct 23 2012 - 16:55:20 EST

almost always enabled by default. As agreed during the Linux kernel
summit, remove it.
