[PATCH 045/193] drivers/gpu/drm/cirrus: remove CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL

From: Kees Cook
Date: Tue Oct 23 2012 - 16:05:18 EST

almost always enabled by default. As agreed during the Linux kernel
summit, remove it.
