[PATCH] staging/rts_pstor: Delete some lines (dev_info() and dev_err()) in rtsx.c

fixed some coccinelle warnings.
+ drivers/staging/rts_pstor/rtsx.c:397:16-19: ERROR: dev is NULL but dereferenced.
