[PATCH 7/15] PM: Reorganize device PM initialization

From: Rafael J. Wysocki
Date: Sun Aug 05 2012 - 19:50:52 EST

Make the device power management initialization more straightforward
by moving the initialization of common (i.e. used by both runtime PM
and system suspend) fields to a separate routine.
