[PATCH 2/2] block: move down direct IO plugging

From: Fengguang Wu
Date: Sun Aug 05 2012 - 04:34:41 EST

Move unplugging for direct I/O from around ->direct_IO() down to
do_blockdev_direct_IO(). This implicitly adds plugging for direct
writes.
