I meant like this:

KBUILD_CFLAGS += $(call cc-option,-fno-reorder-blocks)
KBUILD_CFLAGS += $(call cc-disable-warning,-fno-ipa-cp-clone)
KBUILD_CFLAGS += $(call cc-option,-fno-partial-inlining)
