[FOR 3.2 stable PATCH V2] avr32: select generic atomic64_t support

From: Jean-Christophe PLAGNIOL-VILLARD
Date: Mon Feb 20 2012 - 14:45:16 EST

From: Fabio Baltieri <fabio.baltieri@xxxxxxxxx>

Enable use of the generic atomic64 implementation on AVR32 platforms.
Without this the kernel fails to build as the architecture does not
provide its version.
