   I am Fred Louis from Scout2000 modeling agency and Photo Shop.i am writing you in respect of the on going billboard  campaigns in which we use pictures of people who would not necessarily be models but fit in our advertisement campaign,this is open  to the all Men Women and children,all we need is just the picture of a man,woman and a child which we are going to place on our billboard all over western Europe and West African.
   Be informed that you will be compensated for this,as soon as your picture is qualified for this and The total amount for this contact is Â15,000.
