No. 3.0.8 is the latest stable kernel (bugfix update) for the 3.0 release.

3.1 is the latest stable kernel release.

3.3-rc10 does not exist.

Latest development release is 3.2-rc1.

The next tree is a huge mixing bowl of many different trees pulled from
many different developers with stuff that's intended for the next
development tree. Its main purpose is integration testing.
