[PATCH] Update email address for stable patch submission

[Josh Boyer]

The stable@xxxxxxxxxx email address has been replaced with the
stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx mailing list.  Change the stable kernel rules to
reference the new list instead of the semi-defunct email alias.
