[PATCH] NET: asix: fix ethtool -e for AX88178 USB dongle

[Grant Grundler]

"ethtool -e ethX" dumps EEPROM data. Patch sets EEPROM length for device.
Ethtool works alot better when the kernel believes the length is > 0.
