slab.git temporary location

Hi Stephen,

I've moved slab.git over to github until kernel.org is back up:

  git://github.com/penberg/linux.git for-next

Can you please update linux-next to pull from that?

P.S. Christoph, please let me know if I missed any patched you Acked.
My kernel.org email forward hasn't been working for a while for
obvious reasons...
