[PATCH] scripts/gen_initramfs_list.sh: Convert to a /bin/sh script

Replace bashisms with POSIX-compatible shell scripting.

Notably, de-duplicate '/' using a sed command from elsewhere in the same script
rather than "${name//\/\///}".
