[patch 4/4] avr32: Use generic IRQ config,enable GENERIC_HARDIRQS_NO_DEPRECATED

Use the generic Kconfig for interrupts and enable
GENERIC_HARDIRQS_NO_DEPRECATED. All conversions done.
