[PATCH 3/7] msm: qsd8x50: add acpuclock code

From: Daniel Walker
Date: Thu Jan 20 2011 - 15:33:27 EST

This adds acpuclock-qsd8x50.c from Google. This provides control
over the cpu frequency for qsd8x50 SoCs.
