[RFC 2/3]staging: ath6kl Remove CONFIG_HAS_WAKELOCK

The patch below removes CONFIG_HAS_WAKELOCK since it is no longer in the kernel.
Please let me know, if this is the proper way of doing this and/or more needs
to be done..
