from:

menuconfig TARGET_CORE
	tristate "Generic Target Core Mod (TCM) and ConfigFS Infrastructure"
	select CONFIGFS_FS

but CONFIGFS_FS depends on SYSFS, so TARGET_CORE should either depend on SYSFS
or (eek) it should select SYSFS.
