[RFCv3 17/21] tcm: Add RAMDISK_DR and RAMDISK_MCP subsystem plugins

From: Nicholas A. Bellinger
Date: Mon Oct 18 2010 - 18:39:10 EST

From: Nicholas Bellinger <nab@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

This patch adds the RAMDISK_DR (memory map) and RAMDISK_MCP (memcpy) subsystem plugin
for accessing internally allocated struct scatterlist memory as a TCM storage object.
Note that this is the only TCM subsystem plugin that is still built into target_core_mod.ko
