[PATCH 6/7] vmscan: convert mm_vmscan_lru_isolate to DEFINE_EVENT

TRACE_EVENT() is a bit old fashion and we need to use
DECLARE_EVENT_CLASS for introducing memcg isolate pages
tracepoint.
