what's the situation with CONFIG_HDPU_FEATURES?

$ grep -r HDPU_FEATURES *

drivers/misc/hdpuftrs/Makefile:obj-$(CONFIG_HDPU_FEATURES) := hdpu_cpustate.o hdpu_nexus.o

  so it's not selectable and nothing's building it.  thoughts?
