[PATCH] make gconfig: fix the "(NEW)" string

[matteo_cortese@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]

The string "(NEW)" is added to those options that are not present in the
 current config file, thus looking as new features. Alas, the logic seem
s to be inverted.
