[PATCH 25/72] Blackfin: push SRAM locks down into related ifdefs

From: Mike Frysinger
Date: Mon Sep 14 2009 - 16:20:28 EST

Rather than defining the locks and initializing them all the time, only do
so when we actually need them (i.e. the SRAM regions exist). This avoids
dead data and code bloat during runtime.
