Hi all,

Here's 5 patches from Martyn Welch that adds VME Bus support to the
kernel.

Martyn took the time and merged the three different existing
implementations for Linux together into something that works, and got
the proper legal agreements from all of the affected parties to release
the code properly.
Just for the record - I realized that two were a forks of the vmelinux.org codebase. I picked the most developed fork, the original having not been ported to the 2.6.x tree. I have also used the other fork in the past, I don't believe there is much if anything that is worth taking from that.
