[PATCH 2/5] nfnetlink_queue: Use rcu_barrier() on module unload.

This module uses rcu_call() thus it should use rcu_barrier() on module unload.

Also fixed a trivial typo 'nfetlink' -> 'nfnetlink' in comment.
