[PATCH 00/11] Change #ifdef DEBUG printk(KERN_DEBUG to pr_debug

Remove unnecessary #ifdef DEBUG/#endif pairs
with trivial conversions of:

#ifdef DEBUG
printk(KERN_DEBUG foo);
#endif
to:
pr_debug(foo);
