[PATCH 3/14] ALSA: cs5535audio: invert EAPD for OLPC (newer thanB3)

Fix an audible pop described in <http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/977>.  Originally
based upon fixes by Mitch Bradley and Chris Ball.
