[PATCH 11/16] kvm_x86_ops: crash_hardware_disable() operation

From: Eduardo Habkost
Date: Tue Nov 04 2008 - 09:53:55 EST

The vmx hardware_disable() function does too much for the virt_disable
crash handler, so we will have a new operation for the crash-time
virt_disable case.
